TN-V11 C1-2858 - 3 error

I'm lost guys.
After following the tutorial I get to the point where I need to configure TN-V. I press the bubble, hold the r-trigger and this nasty error pops up.
Base game is UNO.
Version - 3.52
Qcma.
I've been searching the web for the past week for a solution but nothing...
I have started twice from the very beginning ( I mean fresh copy of the game, the email) but with no result. What am I doing wrong?
I tried to access the store to download another game (as Uno is the only psp game I have ) but update blocker is not working for me...

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

make sure that the boot.pbp (from tnv) is not in the savegame folder

and if this didnt work then try
