No homebrews in PSP/VHBL. I'm at a loss, any help please ?

Ok Let's start by saying: I have terrible understanding skills and I Can't appear to find any videos (Or I'm just typing the wrong thing) about my issue, Plus I only just activated VHBL from PS vita 3.57 tonight so I'm excited to get it running some GBA, NES, ect, Games but As I have no clue what I'm doing I'm lost.

I either need a well detailed text document....thing...About what I have to EXACTLY do to get my homebrews on my VIta or a video which show's a step by step guide.
