PS Vita 3.18 help

Post by MechaGodzilla77 » Wed Dec 02, 2015 3:34 am

Hello, I do not know where to post this, so if it is in the wrong section, I apologize
But anyhow, I have a PS Vita I just bought on 3.18 firmware.

I can't figure out bubbles (tnv or other) or Rejuvenate.

On the Rejuvenate front, I'm stuck on activating my license, the PSM + wololo link gives me a message saying it cant load, and that it may be the browser I am using. I've tried microsoft edge, and mozilla firefox.
I tried a different tut, I forget which, but it didn't help any and confused me. I know it used the email app a lot, and it sent you an email with like four attachments... but oh well.

And on the bubble end of things, I'm stuck because I just bought this Vita, so I have zero access to PSN to download a demo as a base.

Is it worth it to stay on 3.18 for Rejuv and TNV and eventually, X. Or should I just update?

First you have to activate your vita (link to an psn account). You will also need to have access to a PS3 and a PC in order to transfer games to your Vita. FW 3.18 is great for homebrews but you'll not be able to download games directly to your vita without using qcma+ps3 trick. you will also only be able to play games that were released prior or on 3.18.

So if you want to play new releases, want to be able to use the psn store on your vita and want to be able to play multiplayer you have to update to latest FW.

If you want to run homebrews, have access to a ps3 and you are willing to read lot of tutorials etc to 'jailbreak' your vita stay on 3.18.
