yes.. i rebuilt the database.. the custom icon appears and custom splash screen also appears. but after a second, it goes back to the live area..

UNO (US):
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3: Game runs, works well; only issue is I can't install Game Data
Rock Band Unplugged: Game crashes when I try to play Tour mode
gPSP: No issues

Echochrome (US):

Using GTA Vice City Stories as my base, and Naruto Kizuna Drive Demo as my placeholders. Everything I try is working.

I play Kingdom Hearts BBS FM Undub from TNV though... It requires a plugin to translate cut scenes I think.
I love undubs, and Final Fantasy if you haven't noticed.

Tested on 3.18 but Vice City/Kizuna should work great on 3.36 too.
Does it quit? If not, then it's legit... Too legit.

I tried both Talkman Travel Tokyo and UNO for this one, as well as both bases with signed EBOOT.BIN. Both US version. Neither worked.

Does anyone have Birth By Sleep FM working? I am literally willing to buy a game just to make a bubble for this game!

Everything I've tried with BBSFM does not work. Uno, Patapon, Gladiator Begins. It *might* be you need to re-sign the EBOOT.BIN but whenever I try re-exporting the .iso it balloons to over 4GB (meaning you can't load it on the Vita, being a FAT32 filesystem)

Also, you do NOT want to be trying to install UMD data for any of these... That function was to put game files on the memory card so it would read the UMD less, resulting in faster load times. Since the game files are already *on* the memory card (unless someone has some accessory to read UMDs on a Vita nobody knows about) the data install is meaningless.
Always follow *all* steps of the friendly tutorial. They aren't there just as 'guidelines.'

I think sign_np can't make patched games work. I tried already with Planetarian (en patched), it doesn't work, while the original japanese does work (same seems to happen to BBSFM, japanese untouched iso works). My guess is that the PSVita checks something in the eboot (filesize, maybe?) and if this something isn't the same as the clean game it won't launch.

Huh. That's weird. I didn't have that problem. I signed the eboot.bin and it was still the same size. It still didn't work though. Did you remember to export the file list before you patch eboot.bin and then import it after to restore the default lba value?
