Anyone know a US base game that will work for Monster Hunter Portable 3 English Patch.
Tried PETZ demo, Numblast, Cubixx and all just exits to live area.
I can make the game work on ARK2 as an iso but using a bubble is much more convenient and faster.

Here are my games and their base games:
Tactics Ogre - Locoroco demo
Tekken 6 - echochrome demo
Dissidia 012 - PETZ demo
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - Numblast
Powerstone Collection - Ape Quest demo

Are you patching the EBOOT.BIN files for games that fail?
Does it quit? If not, then it's legit... Too legit.

Nvidia Shield Portable 48gb
Dreamcast: SEGA Sports - 80gb IDE HDD
4k PS3 Super Slim OFW 4.82
1k PSP: 6.60 ME-2.3
1K PSVita: Ensō 32GB - 64GB SD2VITA - 128GB PSVSD

Still trying with BBS, but the "patched" EBOOT.BIN file is about 400 bytes larger than the original one, which is *just* enough to mess with the LBP positioning on the ISO.
Always follow *all* steps of the friendly tutorial. They aren't there just as 'guidelines.'

So here is what worked on my Vita FW3.36.

Base game : Cubixx (EU - NPEZ00101) ~27Mo
- Final Fantasy Type-0 (ULJM05900~1 with translation patched) needed the signed EBOOT.BIN provided earlier in this topic
- DISAGEA Afternoon of Darkness (UCAS40223)
- Jeanne d'Arc (UCUS98700)
- Valkyrie Profile ~LENNETH~ (ULES00724)

Each ISO was dumped by me from my own PSP & UMD (even the FFT0 on which I applied the patch).

So far for my testing

Chameleon (ULUS-10267):
  • ARK-2 via fake_np works
The Red Star (NPUH-10040):
  • God of War: Chains of Olympus (sign_np): works with some stuttering (probably a VRAM limitation within the ePSP)
God of War: Ghost of Sparta (sign_np): not working (boots me back to live area, will try again later)
I going to try out more games using Piyotama and possibly Pool Hall Pro as bases instead since they are smaller games when I get the chance. Has anyone find a compatible base game for Ys Seven yet? Just wondering myself as well so I don't have to pay $15 on PSN when I have a UMD copy sitting here at home.
