I create an ISO folder in "PSP" and put TYPE0.ISO in it (I also had an ISO folder in "game", but that didn't work)
The ISO folder does not go in the PSP or Game folder it goes on the root (very top level of the file system)

I can't change the name on my computer to TYPE0.ISO because it then appears as; TYPE0.ISO.ISO
You need to enable file extensions in Windows Explorer

alright...I dunno how I missed that.
I also downloaded som'n called WINSCP from here; viewtopic.php?f=23&t=17557

took me about an hour...but I finally got it working. Thanks Melon Bread

EDIT; what's even cooler is I copied my game saves from my PSP to my VITA. So I can pick up where I left off a while back. That's pretty convenient!

Windows has the bad habit of hiding known extensions, so while you think the iso is named TYPE0.ISO it might actually be named TYPE0.ISO.iso, which is not allowed by the vita. There's an option in window's file explorer to force it to show all the file extensions, look it up.
