[Release] multiBootMenu V2 for ARK and CEF

Hello people, after some time I have finally updated multiBootMenu to version 2.

This new version includes a bunch of new features, such as:
- possibility to choose the default menu by pressing start
- possibility to have no default menu by deleting DEFAULT.TXT (press select in the menu to delete it, or do it manually)
- added gMenu
- added support for ARK (only pyMenu, yMenu and PROSHELL are supported now)
- added coldbird's FTP
- you can now change the default path where the menus are by creating PATH.TXT
- now, instead of a full path, you can simply type the name of menu in DEFAULT.TXT
- all menus are now in the same folder (making it easier to copy them), users of multiBootMenu v1 can still use the old installation method, which can be changed by pressing left or right
- multiBootMenu is now open source (it was supposed to be open source since day one, but I forgot to upload the source code :P)

Downloads:
- CEF (with pyMenu, yMenu, vMenu, gMenu and tnMenu)
- ARK (with pyMenu, yMenu and PROSHELL)
- Standalone (multiBootMenu only, no other menu, ideal for multiBootMenu V1 users)
- Source Code


INSTALLATION:
If you are a new user of multiBootMenu then download either the ARK or CEF version (depending on the CFW you have), extract the folder multiBootMenu and copy the contents of the folder into your exploit savedata, overwriting any file.
If you have multiBootMenu V1 then you have two options, either follow the above, or simply install the standalone version (note: some of the menus you'll have to install them yourself).

Using DEFAULT.TXT
DEFAULT.TXT allows you to have the menu load your favorite menu when it boots. The best way to use this file is by simply ooting a menu using the start button instead of cross, this will make multiBootMenu create the DEFAULT.TXT file for you.
But if you still want to do it manually then you can create/edit the file and write either the full path of the menu, or simply the name of the menu (if this menu is visible by multiBootMenu, otherwise it won't work). Here are two good examples of the file:

don't forgot that there must be an empty line at the end.

Using PATH.TXT
With this file you can change the default menu location for multiBootMenu. By default, multiBootMenu thinks that all menus are found in ms0:/PSP/SAVEDATA, you can change that, as all you have to do is create PATH.TXT and write the path of where you want the menus to be, for example:

this will tell multiBootMenu that the menus are located there. This file also needs an empty line at the end.

LOG.TXT
This is the final text file that multiBootMenu has. This keeps track of most of multiBootMenu's actions and it can help debugging, if you find any bug then it comes in handy if you show this file.

I think most changes had to do with the ARK version, but like Dutt said, it's best that you grab the one in the OP

nope, neither of them do that. pyMenu has code to extract PIC1 but I never really implemented (but I will for version 0.4 :D )
