edit:
Wagic don't seem to work too, but CSPSP does. "An error has occurred (C1-2858-3)" - same error as before.
all homebrews I frequently use work (VitaFTP, Bookr, CSPSP, PSPFiler), Wagic being the exception.
Psvita wont read eboot.pbp only Fboot.pbp and Vboot.pbp
rename your eboot and try again, wagic uses LUA?
CFW should already be able to rename an eboot into fboot/vboot, pyMenu will also rename it to wmenu.bin if you extract it using the savedata util or file browser

I also love the simplicity of the pyMenu, but it crashes all the time for no good reason, and no offense to the coder, but it's pretty irresponible to act like the menu works at all. It crashes usually 10-25 seconds while browsing ISO, and Game Folders(this has been tested on multiple memory cards.) It doesn't crash on the Main Menu, but browse any folders, and it's game over. I spent about an hour or so trying to remedy this problem. This menu has been tested on ARC 2.02(on 3 seperate memory cards, one formatted), and it's a broken menu. It may work with CEF, but I haven't tested it, and I won't. If you are going to create something, you should test it before claiming it's a "stable release".

just updated pyMenu to version 0.3.2, this version should fix the bug you mention, or at least reduce the possibility if it happening

Acid_Snake there is a bug on VHBL 2.06 where you exit a homebrew/emulator and then you get back to the menu and it freezes.

Is there any way we can get this up and running on 2.60? I've tried a few different versions and I can't get it to load.

Edit: Got it to work, but it's crashing often. It has crashed multiple times when attempting to open the Game menu and Python collection, when returning from browser and I've had a few blue screens when attempting to run homebrew. It has also been randomly crashing when opened.
