I couldn't find much info about this. I take it that it is a PC-end downloader for prepackaged VIta homebrew?

Yeah it's a downloader, for CEF & vHBL. Homebrews, Emulators, & Applications.

IDK About making this into a homebrew . . .

There is no survey downloads, it's sendspace, the download will last longer there.

This is why I wanted to put a survey, everybody just leeches and won't give a feedback >:(
