Well yifanlu posted ahwile back and said he was working of finding the memory layout of the vita but i'm not sure how that's going.

The way he's doing it is through software, not hardware.
Hopefully he'll gain access to the rest of the RAM, for now he has access only to the RAM that PSM uses.

Even though the RAM is integrated into CPU, wouldn't it still be possible to read the memory through hardware, just much harder? just curious that's all... ;)
