Decrypt Vita Firmware .PKG?

I have searched about 20 pages of Google the past couple days and I could not find the answer.

Is is possible to decrypt the .pkg files that are packaged inside the PS VITA Firmware files?
If so, how?

The SKFU firmware xTractor is supposed to be able to do that.

It extracts the .PUP file and inside that file there is a bunch of .PKG files that for some reason cannot be extracted by SKFU's .PKG xTractor.

I think they can't be extracted because nobody can decrypt and then reencrypt vita's .pkg files. That's the whole problem if we could do it, we would unlock some of vita's demos. SKFU suggested that he/+other hackers could try to find the missing keys via ps3 but he didn't say anything after that.

.PKG files from vita under 1.00 can be decrypted with the PSP AES key.

But after Sony changed the AES key. But you wanna know how to decrypt on newer versions? Simple the PS3 can do it But you run into a problem, it's stored on HDD, how do you plan to grab the extraction on newer FW? I suppose you could downgrade, but all for a PKG. LOL sorry unless you truly want it, you either have to find the new AES key which in theory here is a string to look for

Yea my PS3 is running 4.11 OFW, so no homebrew for me. Thanks for the info though, I will keep an eye out for it
