The "full" ("native" is a better word) SDK is not coming out. Just forget about it.

something's not right about MonoVM on Vita..
it's throttled.. probably.
yesterday i tried port "My Nes GTK" ..
ok i make dummy controller and dummy sound implementing the interfaces..
and i have a dummy graphic and a real graphic implement the interface.
the surprising part is dummy graphic and real graphic rendering stuck at relative same +- 15 FPS.

I'm baffled every time I meet someone on the internet who doesn't get obvious sarcasm... The article is so obviously sarcastic that the only additional thing the author could do to make it more obvious is put a blinking "sarcasm" text in front of the parts about filthy pirates.

(by the way, my wife doesn't understand sarcasm at all, and this seems to be a cultural thing. Sarcasm is a type of humor that is *never* used in Japan, and some people enter a "does not compute" mode when you use sarcasm with them)

I've seen similar things when I wrote my article about the Everybody's Tennis exploit, some people, for some reason that I really cannot understand, thought I was really trying to warn Sony against our own release :|
If you need US PSN Codes, this technique is what I recommend.

Kids do belong to this group too... If a fouryearold is making loud noise and you say to him "Go on, that really helps against my headache!" he will take your word for it :D

Back to topic wich limitations does the sdk have? I know theres no kernel acess does that mean you cant get full acess on the graphic accelration?

Sarcasm and irony are more a mediterranean type of stuff. Some northern people also don't get it that fast (I have a german friend who's like this... although if you explicitly state it's sarcasm, she understands  ).
