Wow, you have actually posted the exact same thing on 2 threads, congrats.. Posting it once is good enough, you know? Moreover, it has already been said.

Here is my easy steps to PSV store.
1) Set up PSV to connect via proxy
(All this does is block the Inet connection till it is needed)
2) Turn off PSV
3) Start OpenCMA on PC
4) Start PSV, Start ContentManager and connect to the OpenCMA
(This gets the fake Updatelist.xml from OpenCMA)
5) Start SKFU's Proxy on the PC
(Dont use any advanced options/string replacements)
(This is just to enable internet connection, no other reason i can see)
6) Start PSV Store and BLAM! works for me.
(1.61 here using - tested today when 1.67 is alive)
Thanks again

1. Turn off PSV
2. Disconnect your computer from the internet (disable wifi)
3. Turn on the PSV and connect to OpenCMA
4. Open CMA on the PSV and connect to the computer. (It will get the updatelist.xml file from OpenCMA and won't need to check for it again for a while)
5. Start SKFU Proxy and connect/re-enable your computer's internet.
6. Open PSN and do what you do!
This is all assuming you have set up your Vita to use the proxy. No settings need adjusting on SKFU; keep it as it appears upon fresh install. If you have settings in there from prior tinkering, erase them and save settings with everything blank.
The trick is the updatelist.xml.
