If and when there is a file manger or a way to copy the files to the ps vita do you all think that the vita's psp emulator would run the signed psp homebrews without the need for vhbl and just use hbl as more of a installer ?

Everything is done on The PSP Emulator and not Physically on the PSVita so tehre is no way you can install a App/Game Directly on your Vita

The problem is a bit different, actually writing to a file "ms0:/PSP/GAME/xxxx/EBOOT.PBP" returns an error, but other paths work.
Sorry for my English
