After threatening me and insulting the mods, he should stay banned. Remember he blantely ignored all forum rules and proceeded to give hateful remarks on fellow users. I won't blame him since he, and also most of the people here, are very young and immature so he won't have the sufficient thought process of what's wrong or right.

The guy was banned for repeatedly breaking the forum's rules. If you can't understand that, the problem is on your side, not on the moderation team.
