Can someone explain me one thing?
Cef ark contains sony copyright material-
viewtopic.php?f=56&t=28275&start=370#p239946
The stuff has copyright, and forum rules are against it copying such material but it is accepted
Camxpspx123 breaks gpl, and forum rules are against it, but he is troubled by idiots?
Both break rules for their reasons, and both require removal and I have been told twice that this place is no democracy.
But I hoped there would be equaliy.
One is a VIP and other guy is troubled..
Genius mods
Plus they give me one week ban, to keep silence...

Re: Lamecraft is dead :(
After xian's relatives, this might sound crazy, but the guy claims to be lol x
Pm he wanted me to post-
If they can remove one for gpl infingement, why cant the other for copyright infringement as the rules are same for both
And those who are too lazy to click that link, i would directly quote

Re: Lamecraft is dead :(
I said it on the TN-V thread, but you didn't care enough to quote it. I know why.
Ark contains unmodified prx modules in the same way that ctf themes do. Do we have ctf themes here? Since quite a long time, ne? In the same way: if TN-V includes prx modules in the same manner, it won't be removed.
Distributing individual prx files however is not allowed. Why? Because that's the way it is, deal with it. Same with distributing modified prx files.
As far as Camx goes, he made a mod of an open-source program and refused to provide the modified sources. How is this not a violation of GPL?
Is this the same? What the heck are you talking about?

Out of curiosity, why is the distribution of individual prx files not allowed? Why is it allowed when the prx files are distributed with other files?Xian Nox wrote:Ark contains unmodified prx modules in the same way that ctf themes do. Do we have ctf themes here? Why isn't the same concept used for certain wad files?

Deal with it. This is how we have decided to do things, this is how we do them.qwikrazor87 wrote:Out of curiosity, why is the distribution of individual prx files not allowed? Also: this has nothing to do with the topic.
