Lamecraft source compilation error! HELP

I don't understand, where do I delete the makefile and rename the MakeFileGame because it's not in the noisepp or libpspmath folders, and when I type cmd into the compile.bat and run it in the noisepp folder than type make it just says this:

HELP, I'm so dumb at this compiling thing, I know how to mod Lamecraft but idk how to compile, can you make a video or something, or atleast explain more consistent?

I'm the dumbest modder of all times who can't compile this friking game. Another problem:

I run compile.bat, it begins typing for 2 seconds and just shuts down, there's no eboot or anything no errors.

U haven't downloaded the file that i linked on previous page.It has 0 downloads yet, so plz download it, extract it and double click on compile.bat ( inside it )
