Soul Sacrifice and the PSTV

Does the standard Soul Sacrifice work on the USA PSTV? I can't seem to find the Delta variant at my local game store and on line only the JP or one with Chinese Subs is to be found. Any link to an online retailers link would be great as well.

soul sacrifice delta is digital only for us.

Darn and its region locked. Any idea how large it is? I have a limited data plan a month.
