They'd make games if they expected to be able to make enough money off of them. A petition won't do any good, even if it equals the number of Vita owners, since a petition is no indication that petitioners will actually buy the finished product.

I'd really love an Grandia HD Collection.

I read somewhere a long time ago that there was a possibility but that's the last I heard of it.

Preferably it would be a collection of Grandia 1, 2 & 3.

Hello, I´m New around here : )
There is a game that i think i would perfectly fit the vita, i mean the Atlus´s PS2 Classic, "Stella Deus" , it was a GREAT game, and I would really love to see a HD remastered version of the game for the PS Vita : D
If you make that petition i would gladly sign it !

I understand your intentions, but those online petitions are a bad joke. Noone (especially not Sony) will ever care, unless maybe you get millions and millions of signs.

Well, there ARE a lot of petitions of things than ended ok, if you search in change.org, there are a lot of old petitions asking for things like bordelands 2 and a physical european edition for freedom wars, and their achieved they objectives :

I'm just saying that big companies care for numbers only. The number of signs has to be pretty big to maybe make companies change their minds. And i don't see that happening.
But like i said, i understand your intentions. I would also love to see some classics remade, or just ported to Vita.
I just don't think it will happen.
