About Souls Sacrifice Classics it's not compatible to PSTV but according to some google search Delta seems to be compatible.

Did you know if PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is compatible with an EUR PSTV ?

Soul Sacrifice DELTA definately is, I run it on my PSTV no problem, it emulates touchscreen actions with triggers on a controller.

Dragon Quest Builders is compatible and smooth with the Whitelist mod on the Vita TV. Most games that don't uses touch pad are compatible also.

Girls und Panzer: Senshado, Kiwamemasu! (JP only-release) and Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus (US) cartridges work on PSTV without a whitelist patch
