On a more serious note, it lists Bluepoint games as making this "mystery" title.
Their past game credits are here, so take that for what you will.

Well, Sony did announce a God of War Collection HD would be coming for the Vita, plus GoWC:HD has already been rated by the ESRB. Since this developer was the one that ported it for PS3, its possible they are porting it to Vita too.
