I know its not a Vita game, but it plays very well on the Vita. The game is a PS1 game: Final Fantasy VII, loved this when I played it the 1st time on my PC. If you have never played this, then get it.

i think for me its..

1. Persona 4 Golden
2. Zero Escape: Virtues Last Reward (point-click puzzle rpg)
3. Gravity Rush
4. Disgaea 4 vita
5. Uncharted Golden Abyss

lol I like how TC asks for Top 5 Rpg Vita games and everyone just lists whatever the heck they want. There aren't that many vita rpgs that you could make a good top 5 list about, but here's what I think are the best RPG games the system has to offer.

1. Persona 4 Golden (obvious choice, can easily sink in 40 + hours especially if you go for trophies. The game is 3/4 School Sim, 1/4 dungeon crawling)
2. Disgaea 3 (another game that can last you 100+ hours, if you love seeing insane amounts of damage being done with some humour this is for you)
3. Ragnarok Odyssey (meh, i didn't really like this game, but if you need a monster hunter clone, its here)

The PSP has a good selection of rpg games, you should definitely check them out.
