Also my PsP shows that strange preview. Could someone explain this to me?

its not an exploit at all i think you just erase something on picture with hexeditor So the Background will Look like That.

A Jpeg file can contain a thumbnail preview image. Usually it is a small version of the actual image, but it can be something entirely different like in this case.
