XMB Recovery menu (not adding icons to XMB)

I have an idea:
Create something XMB-like, this is better than old-school recovery menu.

It is possible in one single PRX?

Are you talking about put those options for example in settings of XMB?, I just dont get it . Could you be more explanatory.

Create other XMB module, which will be "new" vshmain and not linked to original Sony's XMB.

2x XMB (XMB loads other XMB and the "new" XMB will be like EBOOT/normal recovery menu)

But I (in this topic) meant other thing - creating OTHER XMB, no Settings, Games etc.
Only XMB config menu and exit to normal menu option.

Are you talking about a XMB modified or make a own menu by other tools, like JGE, SDL, etc..?

2. is a modified xmb with any features u want. .prx
