psp dosbox

I'm trying to compile dosbox 0.73 for psp on windows. I found dosbox v 0.73 source for psp (made by CrazyC).

Now i don't know how to compile the eboot...

I just want to be able to generate the eboot. Tthen, i could play with the sources and try to optimize it, by removing a lot of parts that PSP does not use.
