You should look better on this Page it's the Official Firmware 1.00 for the PSP 1000

I've never seen the official 1.00 firmware in an eboot.pbp format

This link contains leaked version of pre-release 1.00 (true 1.00). Released one is actually 1.03.

ONLY with PSP-1000 series. Probably, only with old "high voltage" mobos (ta79, ta81).
