I don't use an iPad so I don't know much but how would data be transferred from the ipad to apple anyway. (if it was) does it have 3g/4g or somthin?

Personally, I think that there should be something in place to prevent data mining and other stuff that doesn't help you keep a steady cell signal, work with an app., find your way home, etc. Also, why has Apple refused to comment? :?
