DLL injection

My free online fps gaming community is having a hard time enjoying our game because of these "free public hacks"and the last patch was 9 days ago.
Is there anyway to block these injectors? Or preventing dll's being injected to the game process

You can scan the game code every X time to see if the code is correct. This should be done from the server, otherwise the checking code might be hijacked.
Btw, this is not PSP related

Is it a game you wrote or a commercial title?
How about a crazy solution then?
If you're not worried about setting off most virus alarms. Run a tool on the DLL to make it polymorphic. Old trick, it goes a long way of preventing tampering. It's not foolproof but it would annoy hackers big time, as well as causing paranoia.
