PSP Vice (VIC 20)

Looking for anyone who can help with the psp vice (vic 20) emulator. The Vic 20 emulator for the app as some issues and I need someone who still as toolchain psp dev setup on a pc to compile the changes made. I have no understanding of it.

How did you find the full source code? Akop's site has missing files...
