Can't get Rondo of Blood to work on PSP Hugo
So PSP Hugo is one of the PC Engine emulators for the PSP, as you all probably know. I've seen people say Rondo of Blood plays great on it, but whenever I try to run it, it goes to the title screen and then errors when I hit triangle/the run button. Why is this? Is it a bad rom file? Bad config? I'm obviously doing something wrong, but I've tried adjusting the config, and it didn't work.
