It's not actually the original SNES9x TYL mecm/cm emulator that was made years ago, but rather a Unofficial branch of the emulator made by someone else and was released in 2013 and was updated periodically since then if you want the changelog up to Revision 25 then go to the Mod author's release thread here:

@ Dr. Lost I think you'll be able to "illegally" download Pokemini games along with Virtual Boy Games - if you ever want to test out RedDragon PSP (just google search the name) - by just google searching edgeemu.net

Well Snes9xtyl Rev 27 is broken for me using a 128GB memory stick but Rev 26 works fine. It isn't a major update imo so I'm going to stick to Rev 26.
