Snesx9TYL Crashes When Loading ROM List

I've recently installed Snesx9TYL on my PSVita, and decided it'd be cool to put as many ROMS as I could on my Vita. I currently have 100's of them in my ROMS folder. However, whenever I try to list the ROMS in that folder, Snesx9TYL crashes with the error code C1-2858-3. Is this just from the Vita trying to load so many files? Would it work to put the Roms in sub-folders? Like perhaps have a folder for each letter or something similar?

there's only so much data the ePSP RAM can hold, and listing files takes up space, so yeah, it's suggested to keep the files in separate folders.

It seems more of a problem with Snesx9TYL to me though. Filer lists them all perfectly fine. I guess Snesx9TYL itself is probably taking up more memory though. Thanks for the answer! I just wanted to make sure it's nothing wrong with my version of Snes9TYL or anything.

Lol it happens with me lots... Specially when format memory stick.

I do like that, i have 220+ Snes roms...

1-Plug the Psp to pc on Usb mode
2-Go to snes9xtly roms folder
3-Copy 50% of the roms (not means to be half but yes) And drop them on some folder on pc
4-Quit from Usb from Psp
5-Enter in Usb again with the Psp
6-Get the roms that you put in the folder on pc before, And drop all them in Snes9xtly rom folder
7-Quit from Usb from Psp again

Check it and will not freeze, enjoy.
