So NesterJ has some graphical issues with SMB 3 USA title screen lower portion bouncing and some graphic errors during gameplay. (Various emulators on various platforms has this problem with these mappers.

Not sure about the NES emulators, but SMB 3 seems to work fine on Super Mario All-Stars with the SNES emu.
