Psp Go Emulator Running 6.60 Pro-C HELP!!!

so when i boot into my fast recovery, my emulators doesn't show up. i'm currently trying to get a GBA emulator. whenever i reboot my psp it shows up in the game folder but once i boot fast recovery it disappears. please help.

Do you have the games category plugin installed?
