Oh I definitely tried it "as is" first and had those problems which is why I tried renaming things and tried anything else I could think of. Yeah, I dunno what I did wrong but mine takes me directly to my ms0:/ drive, not the PSP/GAME directory. It says ms0:/ at the top. And the folders are: seplugins, auto_cfw, cxmb, iso, mediago, mp_root, music, other, picture, and video. So that's definitely the PSP root. I went back and changed the name to PicoDrive and replaced the 8-character, all caps rom files (that I made) to the original filenames and still it keeps loading to the root dir.

Figured it out! Apparently I needed to use the signed version. I was under the impression that since I was using custom firmware I needed to use the unsigned version of the emulators for each system. But the unsigned 1.51 just takes me to the root directory and doesn't show the PSP folder at all. Anyway, crisis over. It works. *laugh*

Thanks muchly guys! =)

Now, when I get the gumption, I may try the N64 emulator. I only bought 3 games for that system but I loved them; Pokemon Snap!, Donkey Kong Country (or something), and Conker's Bad Fur Day (omg this one was awesome!)

You shouldn't have to use the signed one, Something was definitely wrong if you could not just navigate to your rom.

Yeah I don't know what it was. =( Something I did wrong most likely but I have no idea what. But I got the signed one to work first try. Maybe I got a corrupted download or something. Not sure. It's odd.

Edit: I don't mean that the file on the site is corrupted. I just mean that maybe it got corrupted during download. Sorry if that was unclear.
