Can I run games I bought on PSN in an emulator?

Can I get the PSP games I bought PSN to run in an emulator or do I need to acquire them the "other" way? (I have a PS Vita).

Umm why would you need a psp emulator for bought psp games on the vita?
If you bought those psp games on PSN you should be able to download them straight from your vita or ps3/ps4.

Also don't psp emulators run on ISO, and CSO files?

I wouldn't know cause I don't use a psp emulator ._.

If you want to run them on an emulator on your PC/Android/Graphing Calculator, you need to extract them into an ISO. PSX2PSP can do that simply enough. If you want to run them on your PS Vita, you'll probably get better luck in the PS Vita section. I have no experience with a Vita, yet, so I don't really know.

EDIT: For some odd reason I was thinking you meant PSX PSP games from the PSN.
