gpsp occasionally not saving properly

Post by Fenrifen » Tue Mar 11, 2014 1:26 pm

One of my main reasons for installing the Half-Byte loader on my vita was to be able to play gba roms, and gpsp usually does a good job with this. I've gotten it installed, it runs all games I've tried so far besides Yoshi's Island, but sometimes the saves won't work. The frustrating part is that it'll appear to work, but the saves won't be there next time I boot the emulator up, instead it'll be the saves that I started from last time. This seems to affect both save states and internal saves. Naturally, when playing games like Final Fantasy VI this is massively frustrating, but this isn't a problem specific to that rom, this happens for an unknown reason in all the roms I've tried so far. It only seems to happen about 20-30% of the time, and I have no idea what's causing it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
