Free Antivirus or Internet securities

Hey,I am currently using Microsoft Security Essentials,but I feel it is not that good.Please suggest me any other free antiviruses or internet securities.

There's also Avast and Avira but I prefer Avast than AVG and Avira though. There's Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-aware, and Malwarebytes for their specific uses. Even though I don't use Spybot, Ad-aware and Malwarebytes, it's just in case you need them. I also use CCleaner after uninstalling applications, that's it.
