Windows 7 Late Startup sound? HELP!

So i installed windows 7 over my xp last week after some days pass. The startup sound is late? what should i do? when i reach the desktop it will only play the startup there :?:

was the download or purchase legal? if not, then you learned not to pirate. if so then the install might be courupted

i donwloaded it its an iso file of the DVD i think this is normal and we'll be back soon cuz this happened to me when im still on XP

No, windows is just slow. It happens. There is no problem. When I use Ubuntu, I loads up super fast and I can go on the internet quickly. On windows however, I wait about 10 minutes then, I can browse the web.
