Are you using the proprietary drivers Ubuntu tells you to "activate"? Have you tried using the latest drivers from xorg-edgers?

Yes.
I tried everything: legacy and the latest from additional drivers.
Also i tried from the NVdia website.
Probably i'll try with another OS..i'm a little lazy now(reinstalled the fcking uubntu 5 times)..

Try something else, like Mint. Ubuntu has been weird for me lately, especially regarding the graphics card.
We are such stuff as dreams are made on, and our little life is rounded with a sleep.
