I think this is a Sony hacking forum... Even though it's offtopic.

I do use virtualbox but I need hardware-virtualization to run windows 7 64bit
Please don't tell me I should install it instead I want to run it as a virtual machine

there is no possible way whatsoever to enable hardware virtualization. i use Oracle VM Virtualbox on my Ubuntu OS to run Windows applications. but since the VM can't emulate specific hardware, it cannot give the Guest access to hardware required programs like Directx. your best bet would be to partition your hard drive and see if you can manage a dual boot on startup to choose which OS you want to use.

as for that option. i highly doubt you can emulate a 64-bit OS unless you have a 64-bit processor. if you're trying to run it on a 32-bit processor, it most likely wouldn't ever load up

I am guessing microsoft was lying.*

Also, QEMU, an emulator, can emulate 64-bit if you're on 32.

Original poster, what do you want to do?
