Your browser got hijacked by the Beuno malware toolbar.
This one tends to come hitched on to free downloads, rather than drive-by malwaring.

some notes from here (so alot of below is half quoted, half me making it more concise)

First off, uninstall that toolbar from Control Panel

Then, click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar, select Tools and then click on Extensions.
Remove the Bueno Search toolbar 10.16.70.1, Dale Search toolbar, and anything else that looks suspicious.

Then, set Chrome back as the default browser search engine
Click the Chrome menu button, then select Settings and click on Manage search engines in the Search section.
In the Search Engines dialog that appears, select Google and click the Make Default button that appears in the row.
Search for Bueno Search in the Search Engines list, and click the X button that appears at the end of the row to delete it.

Bueno Search has modified your Google settings to open their webpage whenever you start your browser, so we will need to revert this change.
Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu button, then select Settings and click on One the New Tab page in the On Startup section.

After this comes clearing out the malware from your computer itself.
Tbh, I'm a fan of Spybot S&D 1.6 (it'll need some updating though), but this guide points out some other programs.

Malwarebytes can be ok for the latter step.

Also, I'd recommended after that using ccleaner's free space wiper to overwrite all the empty space on that drive. This helps kill off anything leftover hiding in "flagged for deletion" territory.
