Help! My PC is DEAD!

I have a problems with my computer.
It won't power on. I've checked my PSU with another Computer, it's working properly.
The light on the motherboard is on but can't power it on.
I have a LGA1366 motherboard.
I bought a new motherboard but still can't power it on.
Is it possible to be the CPU?
Can the motherboard be on without a CPU?

Yep check your HDD, all connections and it could be the CPU.

So, it is either your Mobo, CPU, or monitor/video card. I will assume it isn't monitor/video card, as you said you tried another mobo and it worked. It also will boot with no ram, to an error screen most times any ways, and if the hard drive's are unpluged, again boot to error screen.

In order to be sure which one, you would have to buy a new/used MOBO that can use your CPU, or a new CPU that can use your MOBO.

However, that isn't cost effective. It is in all likely hood dead, so you may as well upgrade. You can get a mobo/cpu combo for under $100 now.
