Will You Be Buying The OUYA?

Personally, I find that a bit silly (sorry).

I really don't see why you would compare the PS4 and OUYA. The PS4 is obviously going to be better for media and have pretty insane graphics/games and in all honesty OUYA probably won't compare (it's certainly nowhere near as powerful). OUYA on the otherhand they want people to make homebrew on and it's a nice, lightweight and cheap system that since it's on android will probably allow you to emulate quite well (and without having to bypass security systems).

There's no chance in heck I'm purchasing the PS4 though, so I could be a little biased.

That's what I'm waiting for. The OUYA is cheap & will have some good games, whereas the PS4 has a cool GUI & has better media like you just said.
But of course, there's no chance the OUYA can be more powerful than the PS4, & if so, I would go like: WTF?!
BTW I think I'm getting the PS4, because I'm a PlayStation gamer, I haven't owned any console other than Sony's. PlayStation 4 ever! (though Sony are decreasing PS's life )

I would preferred the nvidia shield that is coming too. (The portable, the better)

At the very least, the Ouya will be the perfect media center. If it had Airplay capabilities (who knows, its open), it would top every other player out there and STILL have the other functionality of an android device/indy game console.

Might be a dumb question..but I was wondering if it came with the remote cuz on Amazon I see the remote separate ..for 99 bucks I will definitely give it a shot

It does, in the description it says;

Includes: 1 OUYA wireless controller/Case: Sand-blasted Aluminum and Plastic

I was wondering if it comes without a controller aswell xD

It comes with a single controller. Backers had the option of adding an additional controller for $30.
