ISO - Two Primary Volume Descriptors

Post by qwikrazor87 » Thu Feb 28, 2013 7:50 am

I have an Xubuntu ISO (12.04.2) and I am wanting to manually dump it, but I see that there are two primary volume descriptors at offsets 0x8000 and 0x10000.

Looking at each path table I see that the entries are the same, the only difference is that the LBA offsets for the second path table are 0x2D greater than the first path table offsets.

Should I dump only one or the other? Or should I dump both?

Also, there are two names for each file/directory, which name should I use when dumping the ISO?
