problem with drivers on laptop

I have donwloaded drivers for my Dell N4110 laptop. the intel HD 3000 driver does not work. When I try to start the setup it says that the system does not meet the minimum requirements. I just reinstalled my windows and I know that the driver was installed earlier on my laptop. but now it says that the system does not meet minimum system requirements. the dell support site scanned my laptop and recommended that I download that driver.
