How can i get mac os x?

hey guys i have a question and please give me a guide:
how can i get mac os x lion AND windows 7 on my laptop or PC?
i mean i want to dual boot. that thing when laptop/pc start and it shows you menu and u select the OperatingSystem you want to boot? how can i install Mac os x?
i already have windows 7 on my laptop/PC so i won't need a guide for that
