Any software to add 3d effect to games ?

Title says it ;)
With 3d glasses (red and [cyan/green])

To make this more accurate, I'm looking for something that creates an effect like this to pc games:

Well if you got Nvidia graphics card that supports Stereoscopic 3d it does the job but not perfect
I am running two GTS 450 graphics cards in SLI maybe that's why colours mix up sometimes.

My graphics card doesn't support Stereoscopic 3d thats the problem, thanks anyways ;)
