Open Source Problems And Questions!

i have a question about some things like the free open source , when something is open source and everyone can take parts of it or change it or to do it something else ,you have the ability to do this and nobody can tell you that you are wrong or fake , like djgodman and sorry for telling about him again , you said that it is hex edit , i dont believe that it is hex edit ! cause i know how to programming softwares atc. what is the problem if his cfw has parts of pro-b OPEN Source or it looks like pro-b , why everybody's says that it is fake , hex edit , stolen , why ?? if it has some parts as i ssaid before from pro-b source or it looks like it, you cant say that it is fake , stolen blablabla , cause it is OPEN SOURCE and every one can doi everything he want , like , total noob , dark alex , coldbird , vf , neuron , everybody has a part of an other cfw !!!and then why these cfws arent stolen or fake atc .. what do you have to say about this !


All these things has as a result all this chaos in the psp scene :ColdBird (a very special and one of my favourite PSP Developers),MaGiXien (He leaves the psp scene , a person who create one of the most famous cfws , GEN , and he stop making new cfws cause of all this , if you search at youtube , you will see so many videos with new FAKE versions of gen ) , DJGodman (He may be took some parts of pro-b , it is open source as i said ), Nom Team (ok this may be is a fake cfw i dont have test this but people talking about stolen installer and hex edit of again an open source Blablabla , PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND :

Please stop comparing famous developers that have contributed to the scene and sacrificed so much of their free time and energy to fakers.

Also if it is GPL, such as PRO cfw, you must release the source code along with the modified software or else such a violation of GPL can be grounds for legal action.

The sad thing is I don't see any source code or credits regarding GOD-A CFW.

I wonder: since different compilers use different optimization algorithms and yield different results, how do you actually prove that the source code of a closed-source program is stolen from a GPL-licensed program?
