gta san andreas crashes on first loading screen

for some reason does gta san andreas not run on my pc anymore. a few days ago it works fine but now it crashes after the first loading screen (the one before the menus). i already tried to remove my GTA San Andreas User Files and i reinstalled the game but it still crashes . all i get is a send/don't send error report message. so that doesnt help much either.

does anyone have any suggestions what could be the problem?

I would be great help for you if u define what happen after you launch this game. Eg: ERROR CODE or flicker screen than END NOW(get error code in there and simply Google it).....etc.

This is because Anti Virus think GTA game files are Virus!!Dumb computer system!!
mainly this happens in Windows 7!!

my friend had same error , i tried by doing this

Install game in c:
Rename application file of gta in following manner

gta san andreas to Gta San Andreass

With two s

For future reference, most issues like crashing come from the "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder in your documents, or you may have to delete edited GTA3.IMG files from %appdata%
